Clean room and quiet. Perfect for 12 - 18 hour stopover and no need to pass security so go straight to you gate. The airport has so many shops and restaurants and found a nice sushi restaurant.

Comfortable hotel in a secure area so close to an airport as well as shops and a Dunkin Donuts. Impeccably clean and perfectly appointed units with double beds and the airport's free WiFi plus a bathroom, helpful employees.

Not having to clear security. Having the opportunity to get some sleep during our flight's layover. The proximity of internet and food.

Inside transit terminal, steps away to the gates for international connections. Can check in when you arrive anytime of day or night. Two options: 12 hr and 24 hr reservation
No windows. Expensive (12hrs about USD100, 24hrs 120) Business center running antiquated Windows XP machines and outdated browsers. Useless.

It was not clear that you have to be INSIDE the transit area to enter the hotel. You cannot get a boarding card until 8 hours before a flight so I ahd to wait 3 hours at the airport before I could go in. This information should be CLEARLY stated on the hotel's page

Easy access for overnight stay for connecting flight. Shopping and food available in terminal. Korean Cutural Centre provide activities but only available in the day - we missed them! Tours of Seoul also available but the last one departs at 1800hrs.
Facilities provided to make tea and coffee on request but no tea/coffee provided. Would have been nice to make hot drink in room.

Convenience Helpful staff fixed our TV set Comfortable beds
No coffee or tea-making appliance was in room. We felt that the price of the room for a 12-hour stay would warrant the opportunity to make a relaxing hot beverage after our arrival. We were charged for the bottled water in refrigerator, but no where was it labeled as an extra charge, so we thought it was complimentary. Our on-line reservation receipt did not state which hotel we were staying in, at which side of the terminal, so we had to walk from one hotel all the way to the other. It was very tiring after a long flight.
